Alison McLean DPT, ERYT, CIAYT, Owner
A few years ago I had back pain with nerve symptoms down the leg. It was scary, I wasn't able to complete my normal yoga practice, let alone sit for very long or drive. It was through the combination of physical therapy, yoga and massage, that I was able to heal and stay pain free. These technique have also helped me to heal from a cesarean, and a recent colon surgery. So now it is my mission to share this information with others so they can have more confidence and feel better in their bodies without pain, so they can enjoy the activities they love. Even if your MD doesn't recommend PT after a surgery or injury I can guarantee investing in yourself now will help to prevent future issues down the road. Jenny Eddo, Yoga Instructor
Hi, My name is Jenny Eddo. I am a yoga instructor based out of North County San Diego. I grew up on the sunny beaches of Southern California. Having always enjoyed a healthy active lifestyle, yoga was a great fit for me. I enjoyed the balancing meditative qualities integrated with the invigorating, strengthening postures. Through years of practice and training I have worked and studied hard to be the knowledgeable instructor I am today. After pregnancy, surgeries, and other various physical challenges that we are all faced with in life I have always returned to yoga as a safe and supportive form of mindful movement. Yoga helps me to find healing in my body and to sustain my belief in my ability to heal and thrive as a healthy individual.
